Tammy Feuer

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining HealthSouth Vineland in 2008, Tammy was a 25-year veteran of Lourdes Health System. She most recently served as a member of the system’s senior leadership team, where she was responsible for the administration of a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, a home care agency and clinical services at two acute care hospitals. She is an active member of the New Jersey Hospital Association Rehabilitation Advisory Committee and serves on the National Advisory Council for the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation. She is also a former surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Tammy earned her master's degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Gilbert  Siu

Gilbert Siu, D.O., Ph.D

Medical Director

Dr. Siu is a dual-board certified specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation and brain injury medicine. He joined HealthSouth Vineland as medical director in July of 2011. He also serves as the program director of brain injury and stroke rehabilitation. He holds dual doctorate degrees in osteopathic medicine and philosophy in molecular biology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and dual bachelors’ degrees in biochemistry and biology from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he graduated magna cum laude. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital/Moss Rehabilitation and a traditional osteopathic internship at Crozier Delaware County Memorial Hospital. In addition, Dr. Siu serves as associate professor at the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and is actively conducting research in neuro-rehabilitation and trauma.

Gilbert Siu, D.O. is an independent private practice physician whose office is located at the hospital.

Kelly Edelman

Kelly Edelman, MSN, RN, CRRN, CBIS

Director of Quality and Risk

Kelly joined HealthSouth Vineland in 2017 as the director of quality and risk. From 2013 – 2015, she served HealthSouth Vineland in the hospital educator position. Prior to serving as director of quality and risk, Kelly worked as a nursing instructor for RN and LPN students at Cape May Technical College, Cumberland County College and Rutgers School of Health Professions. She is a Licensed Registered Nurse, a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She completed her registered nurse coursework from Cumberland County College, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in nursing education from Wilmington University.

Matt Ferro

Matt Ferro

Director of Therapy Operations

Matt serves as the director of therapy operations at HealthSouth Vineland where he originally joined the team in 2010. He holds a master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University. He has been a physical therapist for more than 15 years with experience at Virtua Home Care and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where he developed his clinical, management and utilization management skills and knowledge. Matt’s constant focus on process and clinical improvement allowed him to successfully serve as the director of quality and risk management at HealthSouth Vineland for more than a year and facilitate the hospital’s Joint Commission certification in stroke and brain injury rehabilitation.

Leslie Jones

Leslie Jones

Director of Marketing Operations

Leslie has more than a decade of experience in healthcare with focus in the areas of case management, discharge planning, medical sales and marketing, business development, and payer and physician relations. She has been part of the HealthSouth Vineland team since 2008 and previously served as a liaison at HealthSouth’s hospital in Harmarville, Pennsylvania from 2003-2005 and as the director of marketing operations at HealthSouth Reading in Pennsylvania from 2005-2007. Leslie is an active member in her community and currently serves as a board member for the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for various non-profit organizations. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jeffrey Nardo

Jeffrey Nardo

Director of Human Resources

Jeff was appointed as the human resources director of HealthSouth Vineland in December 2017. Altogether, he has more than 30 years’ experience in the healthcare, education and consulting fields of human resources most previously having served as a compensation manager at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida. Jeff achieved a bachelor’s degree in political science from Slippery Rock University and a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Denver. In addition, he holds certifications as a Master Career Development Professional, a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resources Management. Earlier in his career, Jeff served the U.S. Marine Corps and the Marine Corps Reserve as a commander officer and materials/acquisition/training manager.

Nicole Roller

Chief Nursing Officer

Nicole Roller is the chief nursing officer at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland. Prior to joining her HealthSouth team, She worked in the Inspira Health Network as the interim director of nursing and the director of quality for Inspira LIFE. She also served as the quality outcomes manager and a registered nurse at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Delaware in Newark, Del and is currently enrolled in the MSN program.

Joe Sloan

Joseph Sloan

Controller

Joe joined HealthSouth in 2011, bringing seven years of hospital finance experience.  He is a graduate of Rutgers University – Camden and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to joining HealthSouth Vineland, Joe gained valuable experience while employed at Cooper University Hospital, where he worked as an accountant for more than five years.

Julie Smith

Julie Smith MA,RN,CCM

Director of Case Management

Julie Smith joined HealthSouth Vineland Rehabilitation Hospital in June 2017 as director of case management. She brings many years of experience as a nurse, nurse manager and overseeing patient outcomes. She achieved her associate degree in nursing from Gloucester County College, a bachelor’s degree from Rowan University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from California Coast University. Julie has also earned credentials as a Certified Case Manager.
